Missing the ZOOM Link?

If you do not receive ZOOM information by October 22nd, please check your SPAM folder.  If you are not locating the information, email asucsw@asu.edu with the specific session, day, and time that you need the ZOOM information for.

If you email the day of the conference, we will not be able to provide you that information.

Logging in via ZOOM

On the days of the conference, you should use your ASU Zoom account to access the workshops. If you are an invited guest, please ensure that your screen name matches your registration name. This will help us to verify your attendance.

During the Zoom workshop session, please do the following:

  • Mute your video and your personal audio, unless the session is more discussion based at which point, having your video on is appropriate.
  • Use “speaker view” to only see the presenter and the screen
  • If you have a question during the presentation, follow the presenter’s instructions to either type questions in the chat or ask the question on camera.
